Coronation Street Star Thrilled To Have Celebrity Husband Home For First Weekend ‘since Christmas’

The actress from Maria Connor is wed to Sylvain Longchambon, who gained notoriety as a professional skater on the television program Dancing on Ice.

The pair were married back in 2016 after first meeting on the skating show in 2013. Samia is the mother of two children: Yves Joseph, Sylvain’s son, and Freya, whom she shares with her ex-husband Matt Smith.

The actress shared a beautiful photo on her Instagram recently. Sitting on their sofa, cuddling, and grinning at the camera are Samia and Sylvain.

Samia wrote: “First weekend at home for @slongchambon since Christmas 🩷” in the caption that was posted alongside. Though I enjoy seeing you skate on TV with @dancingonice, it’s even more special to watch TV with you beside me on our sofa—a place we call “homesweethome.”

Roxy Shahidi, who portrays Emmerdale’s Leyla Harding, had Sylvian as her professional dance partner in the most recent season of Dancing on Ice.

Samia is engrossed in a dramatic and poignant plot with Charlie Wrenshall, who portrays Maria’s son Liam Connor, on Coronation Street.

After months of bullying, a devastated Liam recently began looking for ways to take his own life.

Fortunately, Maria and Gary (Mikey North) discovered Liam before anything went wrong, and he is now talking about the experience and asking for assistance.

“Charlie has been amazing,” Samia Longchambon informed us. He is just fourteen years old. He has been playing Liam since he was three, which makes it quite charming. Since I’ve known him for pretty much his whole life, we do have a tight relationship, which makes certain scenes both easier and tougher because of our shared emotional bond.

“Having to act on it and go through it is not a pleasant thing to think about,” she continued.

Your body is unaware of how exhausting it is to force yourself to cry, even though it does. Because the thing you’re crying for isn’t real to your body.

Charlie and I have had days when we have just talked to each other about crying all day. At the end of the day, we’re tired.
