Coronation Street Hints At Possible Exit In Stu And Eliza Storyline

Coronation Street has alluded to Eliza Woodrow’s potential departure.

This week’s scenes will see Eliza’s father Dom returning covertly to Weatherfield after being bought off to stay away by her grandfather Stu Carpenter.

When Dom returns, he tells Stu that he would want his daughter not to know that he is returned and that he wants to return his $10,000.

Stu tells Yasmeen that he would put the money into a trust for Eliza’s future in new follow-up scenes that will appear next week. However, Stu’s granddaughter finds the £10k envelope in Stu’s coat pocket along with a note that says, “I’m sorry I let Eliza down.”

Eliza and Alya stare expectantly at Dom as Stu realizes that the truth behind his homecoming must be told.

Hope, Sam, and Eliza then locate Dom at the bar of the Chariot Square Hotel.

Eliza says she’s not ready to lose her dad again as she and Dom walk to Speed Daal, where Stu and Yasmeen are also present. She wishes to relocate to Germany with Dom as a result.

Eliza practices her German later in the week since she is determined to move to the country with her dad someday.
