General Hospital Spoilers reveal the last couple of months may be the longest stretch of time Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) has gone without a woman in his bed in years.

Known for being a womanizer, he’s also into serial relationships — and cheating himself out of them. No one was surprised when he tossed his marriage to Carly Spencer (Laura Wright) out the window and jumped into bed with Nina Reeves Corinthos (Cynthia Watros).

It won’t surprise anyone to hear that he’s already preparing for his next romantic relationship, but it might not be with the person we initially thought. Nina is now out of the picture.

As of right now, Sonny’s closest friend is Ava. Since she moved into the penthouse and allowed him to assume the position of her guardian, she has stood strong by his side.

Rather than helping Sonny stay afloat, Ava might end up forming an alliance with him and becoming re-enmeshed in the life she thought she left behind in the mafia.

Rather, rumors that Natalia Roger-Ramirez (Eva LaRue) could be Sonny’s next potential love interest are circulating in the gossip mill.

Fans will notice that Natalia is eager to find out more about the mob boss and his company and that they will soon discover what he’s all about.

He won’t immediately accept her into the fold, of course, but he won’t hesitate to introduce her to his coffee shop or restaurant.

Their heart-to-heart regarding the daughters, Blaze (Jacqueline Lopez) and Kristina Corinthos Davis (Kate Mansi), would have been sufficient to start a friendship that could develop into something more.

It practically goes without saying that Sonny won’t think to find out Kristina’s thoughts on him having an affair with her girlfriend’s mother.

Similarly, Natalia might be too excited to give Blaze’s feelings any thought as she gets swept up in allowing this well-connected and affluent man to court her.
