At a Sydney Singles Ball, Kate Ritchie, a former star of Home and Away, was photographed smiling happy when an attractive man gave her a red rose.
Thursday night, the 45-year-old radio anchor showed up at the Taronga Zoo for the NOVA FM event. She was dressed in a strapless black dress with a silver floral accent at the bust.
The red rose was given to her by a dapper-looking man named Will, who then asked her to dance before they left together on camera.
Following the video on Fitzy, Wippa, and Kate’s Instagram page, many wondered if this combination would result in Australia’s own Kate and Will.
After divorcing her lover Chevy Black, Kate is in fact available for single status.
Will approached the actress with nervousness, but she was beaming and laughing as he made his passionate gesture.
Later on in the evening, the two were seen having a great time on the dance floor.
One fan posted on Instagram, saying, “I know this guy personally and couldn’t think of a more genuine, real person.”
“I hope you have a great night and many more to come with Will!”
“May God bless Will and Kate,” remarked someone else.
“He’s kind of cute,” I thought. Excellent choice, Kate. A third wrote, “Aus’s very own Will & Kate 😂😂.”
Will was described by others as “so handsome” and a “good pick.”

Will’s acquaintance mentioned that he had been attending dance classes.
The buddy wrote, “I love this for you,” and she tagged Will.
“I’m eager to see how much those dancing lessons have contributed!”
Nine months after making their “Instagram official” announcement, Ritchie and her partner Chevy Black called it quits late last year.
