Adam Huss Mourns The Loss Of His Beloved Grandmother

Please join us in extending our sympathies to Adam Huss (Nikolas) of GENERAL HOSPITAL, who is grieving the loss of his grandmother, Rose. A week after he posted pictures and a video from her 90th birthday celebration, the actor paid a moving homage to his grandmother with a ton of gorgeous family portraits.

Huss stated, “The word exquisite is a perfect way to describe my grandma rose and the way she lived. She loved it.” She had 23 grandchildren, 30 great-grandchildren, and nine children. She had a specific and distinct way of loving each and every one of us. She was aware of our birthdays, interests, and significant others, and she managed to make us all feel valued and taken care of.

He went on, “She never claimed to have an ostentatious life, but she was rich in love.” Everywhere she went, she put a smile on people’s faces. She never forgot your birthday, she never stopped telling you how amazing and lovely you were, and she loved you with all of her heart. Even on the phone, one phrase from her could melt you. I’m sure she’s in a wonderful place with my Pop, the love of her life. However, we will sincerely miss her.

Huss added that ever since her death, he has seen a lot of hummingbirds. “As I always do when someone significant departs from this aircraft,” he remarked. Additionally, a buddy forwarded me a lovely passage stating that hummingbirds only live for two years because they burn out their hearts during that time due to their intense and passionate lifestyle. I see so many people these days that might be related to my grandmother. That’s how she loved. So fiercely, so deeply, so passionately. I hope that everyone may have a love similar to mine during their lifetime.

Huss and his family are in our thoughts and prayers during this trying time.
