Coronation Street Fans Say 'don't Tell Me' As They Predict Fresh Affair Twist

It comes as fans of the ITV soap know Tracy and Steve McDonald recently ended their marriage after Tracy’s affair

After the recent breakup of a long-term relationship on the cobbles, Coronation Street fans believe they have figured out the next relationship to rock Weatherfield. Tracy and Steve McDonald recently broke their marriage when Tracy’s affair with Tommy Orpington was made public, as fans of the ITV soap opera are aware.

Tracy flirted and even had sex with Tommy, the former football player she had hired to paint and decorate his new home, while Steve was out of the country visiting his daughter Emma Brooker. And so their covert relationships went on until Tim Metcalfe, Steve’s closest buddy, found out.

Tracy was advised by Tim that he was aware of her relationship with Tommy and that she needed to inform Steve, or he would. She was taken aback when Steve got down on one knee and asked her to renew their vows as she was feeling apprehensive about returning home. Tracy found herself nodding, and a beaming Steve promptly broke the news to Tim, telling him he wanted Tim to be his best man.

Tim was so shocked that he had to inform Steve that Tracy was having an affair with Tommy, his football idol. When Tim told Steve how he went up Gav’s ladder and witnessed Tracy and Tommy having sex, he was remorseful. After that, a heartbroken Steve went back home to face Tracy. Tracy had apologized to him, but she had shown little interest in accepting his forgiveness and had since moved on with Tommy.

Fans are currently focusing on a different prospective new pair as a startling cult plot develops. Following her attendance at seminars hosted by ‘The Institute’ at the Chariot Square Hotel with Simon Barlow, Corrie fans may have noticed Leanne Battersby walking more confidently lately.

Fans of Corrie have been taking to social media to speculate about what would happen in place of her marriage to boyfriend Nick Tilsley, as she appears to be attracted to Rowan, the man running the seminars at Debbie Webster’s opulent hotel.
