On the most recent episode of the ITV soap opera Emmerdale, Sam Dingle confided in Cain Dingle about his wife being raped by the evil Craig Reed.
On Wednesday’s episode of Emmerdale, Cain Dingle (played by Jeff Hordley) and Sam Dingle (James Hooton) had a heart-to-heart discussion regarding Lydia Dingle’s (Karen Blick) horrific rape experience.
She was sexually assaulted recently by Craig Reed (Ben Addis), a childhood friend, and she kept the trauma to herself for weeks before she was ready to tell Sam and her loved ones.
Sam was horrified to learn what had occurred and has been attempting to support his wife, who is obviously finding it difficult to process everything, as best he can.
In the most recent Emmerdale episode, Cain assured Sam, “We can sort this…”
The hard man responded, “Well, there is the law and there is the Dingle law,” when Sam questioned what he meant. It has always been.
Make him pay, Sam said. Lydia informed Cain that she swore she didn’t want anything similar.
She’s not in a position to understand what it’s doing to you, Cain retorted.
Sam reminded Cain that, after accepting responsibility for his 10-year-old son’s murder of Al Chapman (Michael Wildman), he nearly received a prison sentence last year.
“This is not a feud, this is different,” Cain said to Sam. See, I understand. However, if that’s what you want, just say what to do and I’ll get it done.
X, formerly known as Twitter, was flooded with theories about Craig’s demise from viewers.
One observer tweeted: “Yes Cain and Will to kidnap Craig #Emmerdale.”
Michael said, “Cain will kidnap Craig and lock him in his boot and torture him.”
“Just say the word,” Cain will assassinate Craig, wrote Garry in reference to Emmerdale.
Yet another user stated: “Cain learnt nothing from what happened with Al, I know he wants to help Sam but he is not going the right way about it.”
Has Cain not learned his lesson after going after Gordon, Eli continued? Additionally, Sam’s feelings are not at issue in this.
In upcoming episodes of the serial drama, will Cain end up killing and abducting Craig?
