As part of Tane’s (Ethan Browne) outreach program for disturbed teenagers, Perri Hayes (Cantona Stewart) made her cinematic debut in Australia around the end of July.

Tane quickly took Perri under his wing since he was one of the few teenagers who took initiative seriously. Perri explained that, as he approached his 18th birthday, he needed to avoid problems or else he would have to do another term in prison rather than juvie.
It was soon discovered that Perri had been engaging in a number of illicit acts on behalf of his father, Carl (Matthew Holmes), who had abused him on several occasions while he was a child and teenager.
Perri felt under pressure to follow instructions since he knew that he would soon become the target of his father’s wrath if Carl returned home upset.

Perri reached his breaking point when Carl pursued his kid to Summer Bay and made violent attempts to get him to go back home. He then informed Rose (Kirsty Marillier) that he wanted to file charges against Carl.
The father and son had gone to court a few weeks prior, but although Carl was acquitted, Perri was left fearing that his father would follow him around seeking retribution.
Rose temporarily blocked Carl from seeing his son by placing an AVO, but Carl ignored her and cornered Perri outside the Surf Club, telling him there would be repercussions.

The intense episode that aired tonight is rumored to be the UK Season Finale in November. Carl followed Perri to the house on Saxon Avenue, where he currently resides with Tane and Cash (Nicholas Cartwright).
When Perri got home, his father was waiting for him and there was a big knife sunk into a chopping board on the kitchen counter, hiding his AVO documents beneath it.
Carl had earlier informed his son that he was moving on and starting over, but that he would need Perri’s assistance once more in order to obtain the money required to do so.

Carl tried to talk Perri out of it by grabbing him and dragging him out into the backyard, where he repeatedly dove into the pool, hoping that would change Perri’s mind.
Tane, who has taken on a paternal role for Perri since coming to the bay, was in the Summer Bay parkland with Harper (Jessica Redmayne) when Harper passed out from feeling uneasy in her stomach.
She was somewhat alarmed until she realized it was her infant kicking.

After their one-night stand earlier this year, Harper recently found out she was expecting Tane’s child. When Tane felt his kid kick for the first time, he was overjoyed and proposed that Harper, Perri, and he go out to dinner to celebrate.
Tane invited Perri by text, but he didn’t hear back, so he went home to find him. He turned on the light as he entered the pitch-black house and noticed the knife wedged in the chopping board, which made him realize something wasn’t right.

As he ventured into the backyard and called Perri’s name, he noticed a person floating face down in the pool, lit up by the lights in the pool.
He thought Perri was the dead body when he cried out his name again, and his expression changed to astonishment. But as he hurried to look into it, he heard Perri’s voice say, “I didn’t mean it.”

Perri was lying in a comatose heap near the house when he said, “I killed my dad.”
In an after-episode teaser, it is revealed that Tane contacts the police following the startling discovery, and in subsequent episodes—which will comprise the UK’s 2024 season return—Rose and her associates raid the dead end.
Tane goes inside Perri’s room to get Carl after explaining to Rose that Carl broke his AVO. But Perri has disappeared in the time it takes for the police to show up.

Tane texts him, telling him that everything would be alright and pleading with him to return home, but the teenager appears not to care and turns off his phone.
Tell Rose, “I know it looks bad,” says Tane.
Rose says, “Yes, it does.” “Tane, you need to tell me where he is if you’re hiding him.”
The commercial then cuts to another day and shows a different police car pulling up to Tane’s residence.

Is Tane going to face consequences for Perri’s behavior soon?
The episode will premiere on UK television on Friday, November 15, 2024, and is anticipated to have a violent cliffhanger. It is the UK season finale of Home and Away.
Australia and the UK don’t air Home and Away in December, and as the UK shows the show seven weeks after Australia, both nations have had different season finales in recent years.

Last year’s UK finale found Justin (James Stewart) and Leah (Ada Nicodemou) stuck together in an empty warehouse after being kidnapped by members of the Vita Nova cult, with Justin left for dead.
The two also had a big role in tonight’s episode, as Justin, a year after Leah proposed to him and he nearly died at the hands of Vita Nova, found himself trapped in the woods by Claudia Salini (Rachael Carpani).

After Theo (Matt Evans) neglected to service Claudia’s car’s brakes at the garage, Justin has been driving her around in secret for the past few weeks. In an attempt to talk Claudia out of suing after the accident, Justin quickly shifted his focus to damage control.
Leah had turned against Claudia when she had publicly chastised Theo in the diner, but he had kept the plan hidden from her. In recent weeks, Justin has allegedly been meeting with suppliers on a regular basis while secretly fulfilling Claudia’s requests for lifts, all while keeping Leah and Theo in the dark.

During that period, Justin discovered that Claudia goes on business trips to evaluate veterans’ homes, which made him respect her and become friendly with her. Justin has also been there for Claudia when she’s had problems in her marriage by lending a sympathetic ear.
After learning the truth in yesterday’s episode, Leah made an attempt to contact Claudia. But when Claudia saw Justin again, she was able to contact her husband Eric, who confessed that Claudia had cheated on him before and that he thought she was doing it with Justin again.

Claudia tried to hold Justin there as long as she could before trying to kiss him when she persuaded him to take her on yet another house inspection.
Claiming to be a happy married man, Justin withdrew, but Claudia questioned why he had been hiding their vacations together from Leah.
After adamantly declaring that he had no desire to see Claudia again, Justin left to go home only to discover that his keys were missing. They were left stuck at the cabin without any phone service after Claudia took them and flung them into the wilderness.

As the episode premiered, Justin was fast asleep in his ute and Leah was waiting nervously at home after cooking a special dinner to commemorate their engagement anniversary.
When her husband didn’t respond, she left him a heartfelt voicemail in which she declared that they were ending their relationship if he didn’t have a valid reason for being absent.
