After spending the past month in mourning for Felicity Newman’s aneurysm-related death, viewers of Home and Away are already busy speculating on how the 2024 season of the program will conclude and are already guarding their hearts in case there’s any potential of another shock death.

Since the show is often off the air from late November until late January, viewers have been speculating about the potential cliffhanger that the season finale would present. We can already see that Summer Bay will bring more than simply neatly wrapped tales and happy, carefree summer vacationers.

It’s more likely to be a random crime where someone’s life is in danger—a kidnapping, a stabbing, or both—or Bree inadvertently killing someone at the hospital or something else.

Therefore, even if there are still a few months until any truly dramatic scenes—that is, finale-level dramatic scenes—happen, viewers are already creating their own drama by making wild speculations on how the 2024 series finale might turn out.

Fans’ thoughts about what might happen to cap up the year that has been on Home and Family range from murder to Alf Stewart’s life hanging in the balance, Harper’s baby’s fate, and a fan favorite moving for brighter pastures (not death, don’t worry).

Theo’s demise is being speculated about by certain admirers, but not in a fatalistic sense.
