Home And Away Fans Are Making The Same Joke About Divisive Character After Leaked Footage

The set of Home and Away has leaked video, revealing glimpses of scenes that will air in 2025. Fans are already making jokes about how the current plot will likely be the longest pregnancy to ever strike the Bay.

Surprisingly, there aren’t many kids in this town of grownups hanging around and getting into all kinds of trouble like crimes, adultery, frauds, and gang warfare. Perhaps everyone is too busy being evil to realize that, as that simp from Moulin Rouge once said, sometimes it feels good to love and be loved in return.

The days of Summer Bay High, when foster children would run around the Caravan Park and Sally or Irene would take them in, and when teenagers would wash up on the beach and talk in Pig Latin are long gone. One could easily argue that Home and Away’s carefree days are behind us. When someone does fall pregnant, they are taken off right away, never to be seen from again, and relocate to “the UK” or “the city” after giving birth. It makes some sense, really: who would want to raise their children in Summer Bay, where there seems to be a car crash, kidnapping, cult invasion, or shooting followed by stalking every other day?

Harper Matheson now enters the picture, having been conveniently knocked up after a passionate night with Tane Parata and his enormous biceps. It’s not very convenient for her, but Tane, who was complaining about wanting to be a father and even considering robbing a hospital of a baby one day, will benefit greatly from it. Weirdo.

That being said, fans are eager to see if Harper and Tane’s lackluster chemistry can blossom into a serious and boring love as they navigate life and learn how to nurture their unborn child.

Recently, a leaked video of the Home and Away cast members filming sequences earlier this week for stories that will air in early 2025 was posted on Facebook. Indeed, Harper is still incredibly pregnant.

In a program-specific Facebook fan page, a fan commented, “Gee, this has to be the longest pregnancy they have had on the show,” to which another fan replied, “Hahaha it sure is.”

Ziggy and Dean were the final major couple to become pregnant on the soap opera; Ziggy gave birth on the program in early 2023 and was immediately banished from the Bay. Young mothers have no place here! Therefore, considering that the Bay hasn’t seen fruitful waters in over a year, it’s possible that Harper’s growing baby belly is only being used as fodder for drama before she too is sent to a farm.

We are confident that she will give birth in a dramatic manner at Northern District Hospital, most likely requiring Tane to perform the delivery himself due to an unexplained circumstance. Honestly, if Harper’s or the baby’s lives weren’t in danger at any point, or if Tane didn’t wreck his car en route, Summer Bay wouldn’t be the same.
