Home and Away Spoilers – Eden moves on with newcomer Tim

According to Home and Away, Eden is ready to move on from her breakup with Cash and start a new relationship with Tim.

Following Tuesday’s show in Australia, a fresh teaser revealed that Eden (Stephanie Panozzo) would move on with Abigail’s counselor Tim Russell (George Pullar), who debuted on Australian screens last week and will make his UK debut early in 2019.

The ad begins on the day of Cash (Nicholas Cartwright) and Eden’s engagement party, which was hurriedly organized for them by Remi (Adam Rowland) and Felicity (Jacqui Purvis) shortly after Eden consented to Cash’s sudden marriage proposal.

Years passed before Cash and Eden were able to move on from their teenage crush. Although they had slept together, their relationship never progressed.

When Eden’s band Lyrik visited Summer Bay in July 2022 and Felicity offered them a regular gig at Salt, they got back together. However, since Cash’s then-girlfriend Jasmine (Sam Frost) had just recently left town, Cash didn’t think it was the right time for them to try things out.

After a while, Cash realized that he had feelings for Eden, and he intended to tell her as much on November 20, 2022, the day of Flick and Tane’s (Ethan Browne) wedding.

But on their way to the location, Flick and Eden got into an accident that left Eden amnesic and oblivious to her affections for Cash.

After a few years, the two were a strong couple, but marriage was never in the cards—aside from an awkward practical joke in which Eden claimed that Cash had proposed to her by wearing Jasmine’s engagement ring.

However, in August, after learning the truth about Felicity’s new lover Rory Templeton (Joshua Orpin) and being forced to watch her suffer, Cash had a conversation with Remi that led him to propose on the spur of the moment.

Remi advised Cash to make the most of his resources and not lose time second-guessing his choice to look into Rory and Dingo (Jk Kazzi). That includes Eden, which is the best there is, as Remi said.

Later, when Eden discovered Cash outdoors, she fretted that she had not been able to lift his spirits and asked him for advice on how to improve the situation.

“Wed me,” came back from Cash.

Eden said “yes” to him with enthusiasm after first hesitating because they had never talked about getting married.

A few days later, Remi and Felicity blindfolded the newly engaged couple and took them to the beach, where they discovered a beautiful engagement celebration attended by all of their closest friends, as they headed for a joyful dinner at Salt.

The couple celebrated their love for one another throughout the day, thrilled with the work their friends and family had put forth.

However, their joy was fleeting.

“They were planning to tie the knot. Until it everything crumbled,” the teaser reminds us.

Their joyous day took a devastating turn when Felicity experienced an aneurysm at night and was taken to the hospital, where she passed away.

Flick’s ex-husband Tane persuaded Cash to change Flick’s life support off after Cash at first refused, arguing that Flick wouldn’t want to be dependent on machines forever.

After a few days, Cash and Eden met up with Felicity’s father Gary (Peter Phelps), and they held a private burial in the small village where the siblings were raised.

After the ceremony, Cash and Eden comforted one another, with Cash telling Eden that they could both be happy—the final words Flick had spoken to him just before she passed away.

Having gone through so much misery together, Cash felt foolish to have believed her. Cash abruptly decided to break up with Eden since he now felt that he wasn’t meant to be happy.

He stated that everyone he loves just ends up buried there, and he didn’t want to have to bury Eden too. Eden glanced at her fiance in disbelief.

Eden pleaded with Cash to make sense, but he told her to return home, get the car keys, and drive away.

It’s finished. Cash told his fiancée, “I want you out of my life. “Please go, Eden.”

Cash appeared adamant that their split would stay, despite Eden and Gary’s best efforts to persuade him to reconsider over the course of several weeks.

Shortly after Felicity passed away, Cash had intended to leave town, but he was persuaded to stay. Now, it seems he will have another change of heart the following week when he decides to permanently bid Summer Bay farewell.

Eden tells Levi (Tristan Gorey) in the teaser that “Cash is leaving town tomorrow.”

“So you’re sure this is what you want?” Cash nods silently and Eden asks.

The narration in the promo questions, “But when she moves on, will it stir up old feelings?”

After that, we witness Eden having a drink with recent hire Tim, who is presently providing therapy to both Eden and Levi’s sister Abigail (Hailey Pinto). In order to help her recover from her addiction and discover the true cause of her drug use, Abby consented to Levi’s request to attend a counselor.

However, Eden is going to have a far better image of the newcomer, even though Abby might not be making much progress with her new counselor.

As Eden and Tim get to know one another better, Cash returns to his and Tane’s home and fixes his gaze on Eden’s engagement ring.

Is he reconsidering calling it quits on his engagement?

Eden, who is still in shock over Cash’s choice to leave the bay, later extends an invitation to Tim to return to the Lyrik share house.

Tim says, “We can talk about you.”

Eden replies, “Today… hasn’t been the best day,” as she struggles with the realization that her ex-fiance would soon leave her life permanently.

When Cash looks at Eden’s contact on his phone and moves his finger over the Call button at Tane and Cash’s house, he almost seems to have a change of heart.

However, it seems that it might already be too late, as Eden and Tim kiss in the Lyrik residence.

Has Cash lost all hope of reuniting with his real love as Eden and Tim move onto the sofa and continue to make out?
