Home and Away viewers worried about breakup of fan favourite couple: ‘Here we go again’

As usual, the most recent plotline to appear on Home and Away is quite dramatic. Rachael Carpani portrays the mysterious visitor Claudia, who has crashed her automobile and arrived in Summer Bay. Unexpectedly, Justin Morgan (James Stewart) was held responsible for her accident because his nephew Theo Poulos (Matt Evans) had previously had it repaired at his garage.

Recently, a fresh teaser for Claudia’s next move was posted on the show’s social media accounts. The caption asked, “Will her arrival break apart Justin’s family?” Before they meet in person, Claudia is seen in the promo threatening to sue Justin over the phone. He soon starts to ignore his wife Leah Patterson (Ada Nicodemou) and goes undercover.

After seeing the teaser, fans went crazy, with many of them believing Claudia would finally end Leah and Justin’s marriage. Since this is Leah’s fourth marriage, she doesn’t exactly have the best record when it comes to unions.

One commenter said, “I can see this lady is going to come between Justin and Leah’s marriage real quick.”

Another person questioned, “Is her character here about to break up Justin and Leah’s marriage?”

Another person said, “Leah and Justin were finally happy for five minutes.”

Does this suggest to other people that this woman seems to be asking Justin to sleep with her in exchange for not suing him? A fourth conjectured.

Another pleaded, “Oh, I hope they’re not going to make him cheat on Leah, please leave them happy.”

Others expressed their annoyance at again another depressing character journey, with others urging the authors to incorporate some wholesome plots.

One fan begged, “Can we have some more happy moments, please? No more crime, lying, and cheating.”

“Why are there always the same dramatic dramas? Why are certain characters unable to adopt children and restore their life to more resemble the happy times? another was included.

A third said, “Another con artist, please. We need new stories.”

“Well, here we go again. How about some nice storylines for once?” Someone else penned.

Rachael Carpani acknowledged in an interview with 7News that Claudia is a “very flawed human being” and forewarned viewers that Claudia will be doing “a little bit of damage.”

She holds Justin accountable. She continued, saying that her actions will “kick up some dirt in the Morgan household,” and that “of course, that affects Leah and Theo as well.”

“Although she comes across as a bit of a villain and is very judgmental, this is a really intriguing character on the surface, and I think it will be a terrific exercise in portraying a flawed human person. Also, a decent person may make poor decisions throughout their life.

Although Rachael and Ada’s character Leah are antagonistic on screen, the actor claimed that their enmity isn’t evident off screen.

Even at five in the morning, “Ada has the most insane amount of energy and the most gorgeously positive attitude,” she exclaimed. “[She was] really lovely and very welcoming.”
