Lily Will Be Back On THE YOUNG & THE RESTLESS Next Week!

After much anticipation, Lily’s return to Genoa City is now officially happening! Christel Khalil announced in mid-February that she was returning to her job at THE YOUNG & THE RESTLESS. Now, the program has disclosed that she will debut the week of March 11!

When Khailil left the cast of Y&R in 2005, Davetta Sherwood was cast in her place. Khailil originally appeared on the show in 2022. But in 2006, Khalil took up the role of Lily once more, and she stayed on the serial until 2018, when she decided to reduce her appearances to recurring. Following sporadic visits, the actress made a complete comeback in August 2020.

After wildfires ruined her school, Lily left town to visit her daughter Mattie, who was upset. She was last seen in December 2023. To be with her fiancé Sam Restagno and welcome their newborn, Khalil actually needed time off work. The mother hasn’t revealed anything about her new kid, even though she did post some pictures from her lovely baby shower.

Daniel made contact with his former partner, Heather, during Lily’s absence, and the two eventually shared a bed. He made the decision to be forthright and honest about his thoughts, but he refrained from adding to Lily’s already overwhelming situation by waiting to tell her the truth until after she got home.
